RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE PURCHASES

At Lux Decor, we take pride in both the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and in our customer service. We believe we can work together with our customers to ensure they have a positive experience with every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line purchase you may return the item unused in its original condition (including original packaging with tags) either in store or ship it back to us and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Customers must pay shipping and Handling for returned items.

Returns will be accepted within 30 DAYS of purchase date with your on line receipt.

Refunds can only be made in the original method of payment with the proof of purchase.

Shipping and Handling fees are non–refundable.

(At any time, Lux Decor reserves the right to refuse a return as well as the reimbursement of shipping and handling charges).

Damaged Merchandise:

While all items are carefully inspected before shipping, we encourage you to inspect your purchase upon delivery. Should there be damage to your item due to a defect or damage that occurred during transit, please notify Lux Decor immediately at (514)695-6003.  Items must be returned within 30 days and will be inspected upon return. It will be at the discretion of Lux Decor whether or not a refund or replacement will be issued.  Shipping charges are non–refundable and return shipping fees may apply.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure furniture purchased will fit though an entryway. Lux Decor will not accept returns on merchandise that does not fit through an entryway.

Custom and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All bedding that has been opened is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change.

While we make every effort to display the most current and accurate pricing and availability, there may be errors in pricing, description or images of certain merchandise. Lux Decor reserves the right to restrict orders of those items. We will notify you directly in the event that a product availability changes.

Important to read before ordering.
As our Custom Upholstered pieces and large furniture items are final sale, please measure all items to make sure they fit in your space. If you require additional information regarding dimensions of a product, contact Customer Service prior to ordering.
Please also take the time to measure doorways, stairwells and elevators to make sure all items will fit through. All entryways must be free of clutter to enable the smooth delivery of the item/s. If the item cannot be delivered due to lack of access, we cannot assume responsibility and cannot return the item/s.
For delivery, an adult must be available to sign for the item/s.
